The location was very central, really close to many tourist spots and eateries and key shopping areas n the canal, and there were main street and a gallery walking distance to the venue. It also was about a 5-minute walk to Sea of Japan.

Totally perfect 10/10 stay especially during snowing winter time. Reasonably spacious and clean venue with a good value and extremely friendly and excellent staff. Particularly good location right in front of Otaru canal with views of harbor.

We loved this venue! Its location was perfect – right in the center of all the attractions and just a short walk from the train station. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the amenities in the room were great – it had everything we needed, from towels to an electric kettle. We were also impressed with the bar and restaurant – the food was delicious!

View of the lake was perfect, the room was new-fashioned and unique. It had central heating, a safe and television. Its location close to Otaru Museum was good. We loved a shopping area, close to main street and a gallery.
